Where are you going to work?
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you, the flexible Business Consultant with a mission. You become an employee of SEQUAL Consultancy and provide Enterprise Service Management processes, technology and workflows to our customers. Within our portfolio we do this with the platform solutions of our partners 4ME or ServiceNow.
You help our customers to improve their entire service management organization. As a consultant, you play an important role in realizing, changing and implementing solutions in accordance with the needs and (strategic) goals of our customers.
Who are you?
You are responsible for the implementation of project work at our customers. In other words, you are the primary point of contact for a customer, enjoy working together, can present well and are socially strong. You are the ‘Trusted Advisor’ for complex questions and/or implementations.
You guide the customer, give workshops and help them understand the benefits that the solution (ServiceNow or 4ME) offers. From these workshops you translate the customer needs into a workable, future-proof solution. As a business consultant you understand the basic activities of a project manager or scrum master and together you monitor the progress, milestones and budgets of the project.
In short, a lot of variety in the work with a lot of independence!
What we ask
- Ambitious team player
- Excellent in Dutch language (spoken and written)
- Good at reading and writing in English
- Minimum 32 and maximum 40 hours available
Additional skills
If you have experience in one of the following systems and/or methodologies, that is of course very useful for this position and you are already one step ahead:
- ServiceNow and/or 4ME
- ITIL V4
- SIAM
- Experience/certification in Scrum/Agile working
